The service

GrowMoney is a paid educational community. Membership provides access to a private Discord server where live trades and related commentary are posted, plus any additional member features we ship. Resolved trade outcomes are published on the public scoreboard.

Not financial advice

Nothing in the service — posted trades, commentary, the scoreboard, or any other content — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. GrowMoney is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. Posted trades document activity in GrowMoney's own account for educational purposes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Billing

Membership is a recurring subscription processed by Stripe. It renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Founding-member pricing remains in effect only while the subscription remains continuously active. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

Access and conduct

Access is granted through a Discord role tied to your subscription and is personal to you. You may not share, resell, or redistribute posted trades or member content outside the community, including reposting trades in real time anywhere else. We may remove members who disrupt the community, abuse other members, or violate these terms; in the case of a terms violation we may do so without refund.

Intellectual property

All service content is owned by GrowMoney and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowMoney's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and GrowMoney is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
