Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (linked in the site footer). Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because membership grants immediate access to the live challenge feed, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial billing periods — except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you canceled), contact us at support@growmoney.app within 30 days and we will investigate and refund verified errors promptly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the associated Discord access is removed.
