What we collect

When you subscribe, we receive your email address and billing details through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. When you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID so we can manage your access to the members server. We also store your subscription status so we know whether your access is active.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to provide the service: processing your subscription, adding and removing your Discord access as your subscription changes, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on the following processors to operate: Stripe (payments and billing), Supabase (database hosting), Discord (community platform), and Vercel (website hosting). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function and operates under its own privacy policy.

Public information

The public scoreboard shows posted trades and account equity for GrowMoney's own dedicated account. It never includes member personal information.

Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout and Discord may set cookies on their own domains as part of payment and login flows.

Retention and deletion

We retain account records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us at support@growmoney.app and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
